30-Day Claim Window (No Physical Returns)
Every item is made to order and shipped from the U.S. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@satoshispaceclub.store within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the item.
Not What You Expected?
If there’s something off about the quality of your order, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a short description of the issue. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.
Size or Style Didn’t Work Out?
We’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind, as each item is printed just for you.
However, we want you to be happy with your order. If the size or design wasn’t quite what you expected, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@satoshispaceclub.store and we'll take care of you.
